Working Experience

Unable to express...

Someone told me these today, that during one of the lunchtime before I resign, my supervisor kept on reproaching herself and asked if she is a good boss to me. She was at the third floor vegetarian store with the other colleagues and almost have no appetite or don't even feel like eating.

Once my supervisor knowing that I have tendered, she went to my colleagues with sad expression and said, "Karen has tendered!" The colleague then replied shockingly while looking at her sternly, "aha!" He told me that it has been so long that my supervisor working with me and definately feeling sad if I am going to leave.

My supervisor complimented that she has no problem with my handling of the whole operation room and also didn't receive any complaints regarding of my work.

They knew that the management should be improved and it's quite unfair to impose such heavy technical workload onto me but yet can't do anything about it. My supervisor also feeling bad that the tasks have effected my health and keep on worrying for me. Remembered the day she spoke to me about renewing of contract, she did mentioned of not wanting to see me dying on job.

I am feeling bad for not able to work with her in the future.
