Last day of offset leave

Today is my last day of offset leave and I sent a message to my supervisor's mobile if she has received my access card. She then replied me, "Yes." Finally everything has gone but I cannot forgive myself for letting my supervisor down. She imposed high confidence in me for the AV support and told me to minimize the complaints, yet I can't fulfill the duties well. I hate myself for having this conditon and often ended in chest pain after carrying stuff.

My supervisor feeling so sad and I kept on reproaching my heart. Whenever I think of this incident, I would feel very bad of myself.

I hate the most.
